CGMA creates parity for CG Members
The Department of Defense provides Tutor.com for Military Families through the Morale, Welfare, and Recreation (MWR) program. As the Coast Guard is within the Department of Homeland Security, Coasties were unable to access this benefit to the military community. To fill the gap, CGMA established a 2025 contract with Tutor.com to ensure Coasties also gained access to this benefit.
Funding Coastie access toTutor.com/military this year was a priority of CGMA’s Board of Directors. CGMA is proud to support the educational goals of Coast Guard members and their families through this program, which is made possible by the generous donations from our community.
