Opportunities
You can serve in your local community or be a Virtual Volunteer. Check out these Volunteer roles:
- CGMA Ambassador Crew – Public speaking & presenting CGMA programs to active-duty units, Auxiliary Flotillas, spouse groups, conventions, and more. Location: Worldwide & Virtual.
- Rapid Response Crew – In the event of immediate need (ex. a funding gap, natural disaster, etc.) many CGMA Volunteers are needed quickly for a variety of roles. Location: Worldwide & Virtual.
- Golf Tournament – Represent CGMA and host a table at our CGMA annual Golf Invitational.
- Special Events Crew – events such as Coast Guard Day, local 5K/10K runs, Location: Worldwide & Virtual.
- Social Media Crew – Assist with online posts, photography, videography, and comment response. Location: Worldwide & Virtual.
- Administrative Support Crew – Answer & make phone calls, write “Thank you” notes, organize supplies, data entry, etc. Location: Worldwide & Virtual.
- Charitable Support Crew – Assist with CGMA fundraising initiatives and events. Location: Worldwide & Virtual.
