Program Overview

In partnership with Coast Guard Mutual Assistance (CGMA), WIN is here to support you on your path to parenthood with comprehensive and inclusive family-building benefits including:

  • 24/7 access to WIN’s Nurse Care Advocates to answer questions, provide education, statistics, and help ease the emotional strain of family-building
  • Assistance in selecting a high quality, in-network provider based on your individual treatment needs
  • Expertise in understanding complex information and decisions regarding infertility causes, testing, and treatment option success rates and risks
  • Guidance to help increase efficient use of hormonal medications to avoid wastage and the risks of over-stimulation
  • Access to valuable fertility resources
  • Education on your pharmacy dosing usage, storage, and medication side effects and also assistance in maximizing your fertility medication benefit
  • For CGMA clients, the WIN Consumer Program offers medical treatment and pharmacy savings of 10-40% off retail prices to make paying for treatment even more manageable
  • Education and advice on the adoption, surrogacy and egg freezing processes
  • Recommendations or referral to experienced agencies
  • Nurse consultations available to expecting parents and those wanting to understand a surrogate’s journey

If you receive treatment at one of the Military Treatment Facilities (MTF) listed below, you will still need to pay out-of-pocket but the cost is less compared to the same services at a non-military clinic.
