Maternity Uniform Grant

Pregnancy often requires service members to purchase several uniform items in a short period of time due to changing physical needs. Unlike routine uniform replacements that can be planned and budgeted over time, maternity uniforms represent an unexpected and concentrated expense that frequently occurs alongside other pregnancy-related costs. This grant helps offset the cost of maternity uniforms for Active Duty Officers and Reserve Officers, reducing the financial burden associated with mandatory uniform purchases during pregnancy.

The Enlisted Supplementary Clothing Allowance Worksheet (CG-5155A) covers Active Duty and Selected Reserve (SELRES) members who require maternity uniforms.
