New CGMA Portal

In summer 2024, CGMA will be replacing netFORUM with a new CGMA Portal where Reps can review cases and clients can apply and view the status of their applications online.

In the CGMA Portal, Reps will be able to disburse cases either by Zelle or by ACH transfer. PDF forms, wet signatures, scanned promissory notes, and printed checks will be exceptions, and a streamlined modern experience will be the norm.

**We are looking for Reps to test the new CGMA Portal before it goes live.  If you are interested in testing the new portal please email rep.support@mycgma.org.

Estimated timeline

  • Two weeks before go-live – Begin Rep training.
  • Wednesday night before go-live – netFORUM cut off.
  • Monday morning of go-live – Reps start entering cases in the CGMA Portal.
  • Two months following go-live – Phase in client applications online.
