New CGMA Portal

On 11/12/2024, CGMA opened a new CGMA Portal where Reps can review cases and clients can apply and view the status of their applications online.

In the CGMA Portal, Reps can disburse cases either by Zelle or by ACH transfer. PDF forms, wet signatures, scanned promissory notes, and printed checks are exceptions, and a streamlined modern experience is the norm.

Estimated timeline

  • Tuesday, November 12, 2024 – Reps start entering applications in the CGMA Portal.
  • Sunday, December 1, 2024 – Clients start entering SEG applications in the CGMA Portal.
  • December 2024 – January 2025 – Phase in other client applications online.

FAQ for Clients

  • When can I login to the new CGMA Portal? Starting on 11/12/2024 the Portal will be open to interested clients. We will start to actively send clients to the Portal over the next several weeks.
  • How do I get help with the CGMA Portal? Contact your local CGMA Representative or CGMA-HQ.
  • Is the PDF application going away? The PDF application will still be an option for those who are not comfortable with the online Portal. For most clients, yes, it will be going away!

  • How do I login to the CGMA Portal? Go to portal.mycgma.org and click Login. If this is your first time, click “Forgot Password”.
  • What if I get an error message? When you get an error message, first try refreshing the page in your browser. If you get the message a second time, copy the text or take a screenshot and send to cgma@mycgma.org.
